Description

For this project, I created a new label for juice bottle based on a specific juice flavor and create the name for the juice company that’s organic. The flavor I ended up choosing was carrot juice that is flavored with lemon. I decided to call my juice company, Root & Rise, in reference to “Rise & Shine” and to carrots being a root vegetable that grows in the ground.

Challenge

Encourage people to want to buy and drink my specific juice flavor, especially since carrot juice may not sound appealing to certain people.

Solution

For the company logo, I made it look like a root that comes out of the ground, but in this case, it was coming out of the logo. The sun is meant to look like a lemon slice with carrots as the sun rays rising out of the ground, tying in the rise part of the name. To emphasize that it’s carrot juice and to make it appeal to kids, I included a rabbit holding a carrot where the stem looks like a straw to look like he’s drinking from the carrot. I also made sure to include “organic” in the subheading to emphasize that it’s a healthy juice.
